TITLE: Warehouse Coordinator
TERM: Full-time (100% workload)

DURATION: 3 months, with possibility of extension
LOCATION: Goris
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for overall coordination and operation of the warehouse. He/she will be the focal point to coordinate the delivery of resources to the warehouse, receiving and safely storing the goods, doing the inventory and following the tracking system. The Warehouse coordinator will be reporting to Logistics and Procurement Manager while closely coordinating with relevant colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods;
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities;
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area;
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy;
- Interface with stakeholders to answer questions or solve problems;
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status;
- Be the responsible person for ensuring warehouse safety and security of goods;
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments;
- Take on any other tasks identified by Logistics and Procurement Manager
- Experience in warehouse management;
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data;
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: will be provided to shortlisted applicants only.
