Terms of Reference (TOR): Expert in the field of Child and Elderly Care Services
People in Need Armenia is looking for skilled Experts to effectively support the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in revision of existing services provided for children and elderly. The objective is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided in day care centers and home-based services for both children and elderly. Additionally, experts will be tasked with suggesting and drafting new models based on local and international experience, lessons learned, and challenges faced in the field of child and elderly care.
